Do I need a skin test?

Yes, all clients are required recommended to have a skin test with us before any colour service can be applied and this must be done at least 48 hours prior to having your hair treated. Click here for more information

What is a consultation?

A consultation is when you come in to salon we do some tests and have a conversation about what you would like done and how much it will cost.

The consultation is free and will take no longer than 15 mins. It’s a good time to get a skin test done as well. Find out more

Can I still have my hair coloured if I am pregnant?

There is no evidence that colouring your hair has an effect on your Babies health or your own. We find most women do proceed to colour their hair during pregnancy. We believe it should come down to you as the Mother and we are happy with what ever choice you’re comfortable with.

At what age can I get my childs hair cut?

Any age! Our team here at Robert Brannons are fully qualified and capable of cutting the hair of clients of all ages.

How does the Send-a-friend discount work?

If you recommend a friend or family member to Robert Brannons they will receive 50% off a wash, cut and blow dry service and as a thanks to recommending them to us you will also receive the same offer on your next visit! The offer only applies if you send a friend to the same stylist you usually see and your friend must come in before you can receive the discount yourself.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes we do. Just ask in salon and we will gladly help.

What is your cancellation policy?

As we book out specific times for clients we appreciate as much notice as possible for cancellations. We ask a minimum of 48 hours notice for a cancellation or changing of an appointment when possible. Allowing the stylist a chance to fill your spot.

What is your deposit policy?

There is times where we do need to ask for a deposit. In the case of large appointments or peak visiting times. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you wish to cancel an appointment. If an appointment is cancelled before 7 days prior. we will return the deposit 100%. 48 hours prior we will return 50%. Unfortunately cancelling any later than 48 hours will mean we must keep the deposit.
