All clients are required to have a skin test prior to any colour service. This must be carried out at least 48 hours before your appointment.

We believe great hair starts with great consultation. It’s the most important step in achieving results that truly suit you.
Even with the best products and highly trained stylists, without the right planning and communication, results can fall short. That’s why we take the time to get it right from the beginning.
Consultations are relaxed, informative, and usually take around 15 minutes. During this time, we’ll discuss your goals, look at inspiration together, assess your hair, and guide you with honest, professional advice. You’ll leave with a clear plan and an estimated cost.
Consultations are completely free, with no obligation to book.

There is no clear evidence to suggest that hair colouring poses a risk during pregnancy, and many people choose to continue their colour services. However, as a precaution, some prefer to wait until after the first trimester or opt for techniques with minimal scalp contact, such as balayage.
Ultimately, it is a personal choice, and we are happy to guide you based on what feels right for you. -

Stylists are qualified professionals who have completed their training and consistently deliver high-quality work. They continue to develop their skills through ongoing education and are fully supported by our senior team.Whichever tier you choose, you can expect the same commitment to great service, professional advice and beautiful hair. If you're unsure who to book with, we'd be happy to recommend the most suitable stylist for your hair, goals and budget.

Our Junior Stylists are talented hairdressers who are building experience behind the chair whilst continuing their professional development. They offer selected services at a reduced price point and work within clearly defined service areas, with the support and guidance of our senior team whenever needed.
Depending on the Junior Stylist and the service being booked, some appointments may require one-to-one support from a supervising stylist. For this reason, Junior Stylist appointments cannot be booked online and must be arranged directly with the salon so that we can ensure the appropriate support is available.
When booking with a Junior Stylist, clients should understand that these are training appointments. Services may take longer than with a more experienced stylist, and patience and flexibility are appreciated as part of the learning process.
Choosing a Junior Stylist is a great way to enjoy professional salon services at excellent value while supporting the next generation of hairdressing talent. If you would prefer a stylist with more experience, or feel unsure about booking a training appointment, we would recommend choosing one of our Stylist, Senior Stylist or Director appointments instead.
